This Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, share and update personal information from individuals who wish to be considered for employment at Transylvania Marketing, including individuals who submit personal information to inquire about or be informed about Transylvania Marketing job opportunities and recruitment events and individuals who submit personal information to apply for employment at Transylvania Marketing, including on our careers website.



The information you send us and how we use it
Basic Applicant Information: Other than the typical technical information we collect when you visit our sites, such as your IP address, we do not ask you to provide additional personal information to view job postings on our careers site. If you choose to apply for a job at Transylvania Marketing, in order for us to consider you for employment, you must provide us with some personal information, including:

- Your full name and contact information, including home address, phone number and email address
- Your resume which includes your employment history, previous and relevant work experience or other experience and education history
- Vacancies for which you wish to be considered
You may also send us a cover letter, but it is not required.

Sensitive Information: We will treat any personal information deemed sensitive in accordance with applicable law in accordance with such applicable law. Selection/Interview Information: If we decide that you may be suitable for employment with Transylvania Marketing, we will contact you to request additional information as part of the selection and interview process, which may include:

Verification information: As part of the recruitment process, we may also ask you for information necessary to verify your information and to conduct background checks, including:

- Whether you have previously used other names;

Additional information about you

Third-party sources: We may receive information about you from third parties, such as employment agencies, vendors, and online job and professional networks. Our processing of this information is limited to the purposes described in this policy, including consideration of your application for employment and, if we determine that you may be suitable for employment with Transylvania Marketing, we will contact you to assess your interest and request that you apply on our careers website. We do not otherwise process or store information.

Website tracking: Like many websites, we use tracking software on our careers website to collect website usage data, which may include personal data. This information allows us to better understand how visitors interact with our website, monitor aggregate usage patterns, and customize and otherwise operate our website. We do not accept the Do Not Track browser option.

Email Tracking Software: We use third-party email tracking software to track how you interact with our recruitment emails, including when you read and respond to our email correspondence. We do this to help us improve our services and to ensure that we respond to emails from you in a timely manner and that you are not cluttered with unnecessary emails. We will obtain your express consent before tracking your interactions with us by email.
